Saturday 6 October, we presented the Norwegian version of ArtMeatFlesh II - a culinaric and philosophical evening with the future of food on the agenda and menu. Through presentations, videos, questions from the audience and 10 different dishes, our mind and palate was inspired to new reflections on today's food production and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

During the opening of the Article Biennale come many curious who would taste the crow canapés to the artist Tove Kommedal. All of 80 canapés were consumed in a short time. The feedback was entirely positive, crow tastes like game was the feedback. The audience also participated in a survey to determine their perceptions of crow meat.

We are looking for students or volunteers who would like to get references and production experience in an exciting and creative environment. All of our assistants will be credited on our website.
Every weekend in October we will organize debates and a variety of events at Skur2 in Stavanger.
